This is an on-site position. The Director of Enterprise Applications and Application Development leads the strategic and operational direction of enterprise applications and the application development efforts for the LCTC and its member colleges, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. The role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise solutions that support students, faculty, staff, and administration. The Director leads and develops a team of technical and functional professionals, driving performance excellence through coaching, feedback, and ongoing development. The role champions and orchestrates the delivery of best-in-class support and the continuous improvement of enterprise platforms to enhance the overall customer experience.
