Packaging Maintenance Supervisor

Unilever is seeking a results-driven Packaging Maintenance Supervisor to support our high-speed packaging operations at the Hammond Dove Bar Factory. This role is responsible for leading packaging maintenance activities, developing frontline maintenance talent, and ensuring equipment reliability while upholding Unilever’s safety, quality, and GMP standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, proven supervisory experience, and a passion for continuous improvement and winning. Job Responsibilities: - Supervise and support maintenance activities for high-speed packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment. - Drive the preventive maintenance (PM) program for the packaging shop floor, ensuring planned work orders are executed effectively and tracked in an organized manner. - Monitor, trend, and track equipment performance and reliability to identify corrective maintenance needs. - Lead root cause analysis of breakdowns and equipment failures on packaging lines. - Plan and coordinate annual shutdown activities, as well as weekly and monthly maintenance schedules, working closely with the planning and operations team to ensure sufficient downtime. - Train, coach,...
