Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - Infusion Suite - ( 26003059 ) Description Basic Function and Responsibility: The Department of Internal Medicine at University of Iowa Health Care is seeking 100% time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to perform direct patient care within the Infusion Suite of the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center. The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) will exercise autonomy in medical decision making and services provided and function as an Advanced Practice Nurse and change agent incorporating the primary role of Nurse Practitioner and the supporting roles of consultant, educator, researcher, and administrator to support quality care and positive patient outcomes for HCCC and Infusion Suite patients. This role will only assume duties and responsibilities within their scope of practice and for while they have acquired and maintained necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities and only after appropriate education and demonstrated clinical competency.
