Pella is seeking a Field Service Supervisor for our Geneva, IL branch. The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for leading the customer support processes. This includes responsibility for exercising independent judgment to provide a seamless customer experience through some or all of the following teams: service coordination, service technicians, and other providers. Responsible for the identification, development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures that support total customer satisfaction, company growth and profitability. This is a full-time position that works in-person at our Geneva office. Pella Family of Brands offers the following benefits: The targeted pay range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual bonus.
