MAHEC is now accepting candidates for School Based Therapists serving Haywood County Schools. MAHEC treats School Based patients at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, and currently have a high need for elementary aged students. School Based Therapists will work onsite in one or more locations within their team's assigned School District(s). POSITION OVERVIEW: The School Based Behavioral Health Therapist will provide outpatient mental health treatment in an assigned school setting. The Therapist role is multi-faceted and includes meeting clinical benchmarks for quality care and productivity, ensuring proper care is being provided in accordance with program contracts/regulations, fiscal responsibility and/or assigned program(s).
