Job Description: As State Manager, Queensland, you’ll lead one of Dan Murphy’s key state operations, bringing together our teams, stores and support functions to deliver great customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes across the state. This is a senior leadership role with real state-wide impact. You’ll lead 4 Area Managers and store leaders across 60+ stores and 1400+ team members, translating Dan Murphy’s strategy into clear, practical plans that bring energy to our stores, support our teams and keep customers at the heart of every decision.
