Job description
Job Details: These positions are primarily responsible for upkeep of the facility, which includes landscaping, painting, snow removal, vehicle maintenance and repair, lawn care, pipe insulating concrete/masonry work, and 110/220-volt electrical installation and upkeep. As well as janitorial duties, and any other assignments given by management. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required in all areas. These positions work in a cold, damp or hot and humid environment and these areas have slippery walking surfaces. This position will be working in the coolers on condensation. The successful building maintenance candidate must complete Level 5 Building Maintenance in the specified time period of (9 months) or they will be returned to their previous department or a production labor position. REQUIREMENTS: Applicants are required to submit a complete application to include all Work History with dates, job skills, and Education.
