Job Description: In order to support Airbus Defence and Space we are looking for a SCC System Engineer (d/f/m) As an SCC System Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration and validation of the SCC which will allow the Satellite Monitoring and Control. The System to be developed consists of a set of tools which allow the commanding and monitoring of the Space Segment, as well as the integration of the Ground Segment monitoring and configuration tools. Your range of tasks will cover the entire System Development lifecycle, including Requirements definition, System Design and IVV. Your activities will be performed in close cooperation with the Ground Segment System Engineers, the Service Operations team, S/C and Payload manufacturers as well as the SCC sub-contractors. The holder of this position will be located at Ottobrunn and reports to the SCC Lead Engineer. This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.
