What you would do as our Global Operations Center Engineer: In close collaboration with internal technical teams and external strategic partners, you would be a part of a team that increases efficiency and quality of the network and security infrastructure. As part of daily activities, you would contribute to suggesting improvements of services within portfolio. Excellent customer service and customer experience skills are essential. This role is part of the Group IT Global Operations Center (GOC) which is a function now further expanded to be the control center of all infrastructure services that Group IT delivers, securing service works by working closely with monitoring solutions as well as being the interface to our customers related to changes, requests, and incidents (shift work, 24/7).
