Assists the Office Operations Manager with preparing and processing bureau budget allocations, reconciling monthly expenditures, and filing reports. Tracks purchasing approvals and processes invoice payments in the Ariba on demand system within established guidelines and procedures. Performs PCard responsibilities as needed.
