Job Description Summary The Tendering and Project Engineering Manager (TPEM) Leader will be responsible to lead the broader project engineering team to deliver wing-to-wing customer solutions, delivering world-class risk-adjusted technical proposals and excellence on engineering project execution and governance with focus on safety, bolstering quality, on-time delivery, and an all-around defect-free customer experience. This is a highly visible and challenging leadership role, with single point ITR engineering accountability for Aeroderivative New units project engineering. The TPEM scope entails; Tendering Engineering Management (TEM), developing and executing the plant and equipment proposal technical strategy, ensuring feasibility and constructability of engineering solutions, technical risk management and leading the application engineering team to deliver a quality technical proposal.
