In this role, you will oversee the engineering execution across our entire technology stack, including Custom Applications, the Salesforce Platform, and Business Intelligence. You will be responsible for the "How" - setting the architectural standards, enforcing code quality, and overseeing the pipelines that keep our teams operating Your focus is on Technical Excellence and Operational Stability. You will mentor a team of engineers, manage the department's technical debt and operational budget, and ensure that our software foundation is robust enough to support the business's rapid growth.
