Responsibilities Peraton is currently seeking a Systems Administrator -Lead - Lead, mentor, and support a team of documentation and design professionals, providing guidance, task direction, performance feedback, and workload prioritization. - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to gather and understand complex technical information. - Create, review, and update user manuals, product guides, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation. - Design and incorporate graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to improve clarity, usability, and user engagement. - Ensure all documentation complies with U.S. Army regulations, organizational standards, and maintains a consistent, professional appearance. - Proofread, edit, and format documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. - Organize and maintain document repositories, version control, permissions, and documentation workflows. - Convert technical documentation into multiple formats such as PDF, HTML, and online help systems. - Stay current with industry and Army best practices related to documentation, knowledge management, and graphic design. -...
