Account Manager, Small Pharma About the Role: IQVIA is a global leader in advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research for the life sciences industry. ​ We are currently seeking an Account Manager to support our Small Pharma Segment , managing a portfolio of approximately 20–30 pharmaceutical clients . Joining our Small Pharma Segment team offers the opportunity to work with innovative pharmaceutical companies while leveraging IQVIA’s industry-leading data and commercial capabilities to drive real-world impact. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and is responsible for driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and adoption of IQVIA’s data assets and broader commercial offerings. This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring strong relationship management, consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate and mobilize IQVIA’s cross-functional network to deliver value for clients.
