Description SUMMARY: The Horse Camp Summer Instructor is responsible for ministering to the spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical needs of the campers and guests while they are on and around the horses, while at the same time maintaining the facility, equipment, and horses at the highest professional standards. The Horse Camp Summer Instructor will be expected to work as a team member with the other WBC staff toward the overall goals of the camp. This employee should be a positive role model to the campers in their spiritual walk, self-respect, love, and consideration of others. The person in this position shall, at all times, demonstrate cooperative behavior towards colleagues, guests and supervisors. Regular attendance is essential for this position.
