Job Description: Own and nurture long-term client relationships, emphasising trust, satisfaction, and ongoing partnership with BryteSight. Maintain regular strategic check-ins and planning discussions with clients. Collaborate with Brytesight Project Managers and technical teams to stay updated on project progress and proactively address relationship concerns.
