We are searching for an Employee Relations Consultant -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will provide direction and guidance to all levels by analyzing, recommending, assisting in the development of and administering various Human Resources programs, plans, policies and procedures in a consistent manner; advising both leadership and staff regarding resolution of various issues/concerns; and coordinating a variety of activities related to fair employment practices, laws and regulations. Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Provides daily direction, guidance, and counseling to leadership and employees. - Responds to questions ranging from simple to complex within 24 hours of initial inquiry regarding employment issues and application of policies. - Interprets policies and practices for employees and leadership, ensuring consistent application of the same within regulatory parameters. - Conducts one-on-one meetings with employees or leadership, obtaining pertinent information, determining applicability of policies/procedures to the issue at hand, recommending an action plan and providing follow-up as necessary. - Coordi...
