It’s the responsibility of the Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager on fostering a culture of learning and development for both their coaches and families that attend the center and delivering key business results such as sales performance and lowering member attrition. The Assistant General Manager is a talented, welcoming, and engaging leader who is focused on delivering an exceptional experience for the kids, families, and team members.
