Job description

As our first Recruiting Operations hire at Candid, you’ll work side-by-side with our Head of People and partner closely with leaders across recruiting, finance, and the broader business to build the infrastructure that powers our hiring engine. Our team has more than doubled (to ~200) in the past year, and we expect to replicate that growth this year and next. Your work will directly unlock that growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves bringing structure to complexity, who thrives building systems that unblock scale, and who wants to own critical bottlenecks in a lean, fast-moving environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Ensure our team can support growing hiring volume without breaking. You'll own and operationalize key programs that drive the metrics that measure our performance as a team, like capacity planning to ensure quick time to hire, and scheduling issues impacting time in process Scale our recruiting infrastructure.
