Job description

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration or a related discipline required. A Master’s degree is highly preferred. A minimum of thirteen years of professional management level experience and at least six years of direct senior level management experience are required. Must possess thorough knowledge of contract development, negotiation, and administration; federal procurement regulations and guidelines; federal, state and local regulation governing property acquisition and sale; standards of real property valuation and real property tax structures. Demonstrated success in structuring and closing real estate transactions in both the private and public sectors required. Must have knowledge of community planning and economic development at the local and regional levels; principles and mechanics of TOD; transportation policy; and the integration of transportation, land use and urban design. Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining public-private partnerships highly preferred.
