About the Role: Ferrero is seeking an experienced Industrial Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics operations at Plant and third‑party logistics (3PL) level. The role is critical in ensuring safe, compliant, cost‑effective, and efficient material flows, while contributing as a key member of the Plant leadership team. The Industrial Logistics Manager provides strong people leadership across warehousing, internal logistics, inventory, exports, pallet pooling, and external logistics partners, working in close collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
