WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for the delivery of case management services to at-risk families of child abuse and neglect, including parenting skills training, home safety and life skills, job placement, housing, and other support services in order to reduce the likelihood of any child abuse or neglect incidents. - Provide case management services in accordance with guidelines and manual requirements as established by the funding source. - Screen, assess, and evaluate clients in their homes to assess their basic needs and establish advocacy relationships with the client, family/guardian, and or significant other. - Provide information, referral, and follow-up for appropriate ancillary and support services. - Resolve service delivery problems. - Maintain established productivity requirements. - Must ensure concise and timely completion of all paperwork or documentation, including but not limited to, administrat...
