This position focuses on the installation of ductless mini-split, air-source heat pump, and related HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and state licensing requirements. The role requires a licensed HVAC technician capable of delivering high-quality, efficient, and code-compliant installations while maintaining professionalism and safety on every job site. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Coordination: - Lead HVAC installation crews in the setup and completion of ductless mini-split and air-source heat pump systems. - Coordinate with project managers, dispatchers, and clients to verify project scope, scheduling, and site readiness. - Allocate work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
