Sort Centers are a critical Middle Mile connection in Amazon's supply chain, the most complex supply chain in the world. We enable fast, cost effective delivery of millions of products to hundreds of millions of customers across North America. The Finance Manager, North America Sort Centers role plays a critical role in both finance leadership and business partnership. You will lead Finance for the West Region, consisting of 40 sites across 7 Sub-Regions, with total annual spend of $2 billion. The West Region will also be launching our first Central Hub operation in 2026. You and your team will partner with the Senior Regional Director of the West and the 7 Regional Directors to drive productive friction in the operation to drive financial performance. The role will challenge you to consistently raise the bar in our productivity and variable cost as we continue to evolve our network and our operations.
