Aerial Work Platform Operator Department: Holt Wind Resources (WIND): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: HWR - Abilene: Description: HOLT Aerial operates in small 1 to 3-man crews, typically. Each crew has one Crew Lead and 1-to 2 Aerial Platform Operators to help ensure successful project outcomes for HOLT Aerial customers. Responsible for helping the Crew Lead set up and operate our equipment, following all safety rules and regulations, and assisting with troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment. When not on projects, they are often asked to assist at Operations Headquarters in Abilene with either maintenance on equipment and/or mobilizing equipment. Essential Functions: - ** Must be willing to travel 40-45 weeks out of the year. - Must be able to follow company and manufacturer’s guide regarding the proper operation of the equipment - Must be safety-minded - Must be willing to attend daily safety meetings and follow safe driving safe practices at the field level - Must be able to drive company trucks - Must be able to work at heights up to 341 feet - Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. - Must be able to assist HOLT Aerial’s fleet team in mobilizing equipment away from the...
