Senior Operations Associate- Color Stones & Pearls Logistics is responsible for all aspects of incoming and outgoing merchandise and ensures timely and accurate preparation of shipments as well as receipts from all Tiffany & Co. internal and external partners. This role will also support the responsibilities of physical and systematic receiving of gemstones and pearls and provide Inventory Control support for Gemstone Acquisition buying, grading and planning teams. This position may support additional projects and responsibilities deemed necessary to support departmental goals. Key Accountabilities: Inbound & Outbound Shipments: Responsible for ensuring timely receipt of all incoming merchandise, supplies and equipment. Verify and feel for each incoming shipment and breakdown packaging. Verify and confirm contents of shipments from Laurelton grading labs in preparation of incoming transfer. Distribute and/or deliver all packages to the appropriate individual(s)/ department(s) including cross functional teams within and outside the immediate department.
