Organisation Overview: Five Bridges is a not-for-profit supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through community-led programs. We focus on sustainable support, cultural safety, and justice solutions. Five Bridges auspices the Maroochydore Community Justice Group (MCJG), providing administrative/financial and human resources support to enable the MCJG to conduct their core business in line with the MCJG’s developed Strategic and Operational Plans. Position Purpose: The Empowering Our Mob (EOM) Project Officer will strengthen cultural connections, support healing, and assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals in navigating justice pathways through mentorship, advocacy, and case management. This position is Part-Time with 4 working days per week.
