Description Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking a VP, Relationship Management to join our Relationship Management Team. This is one of the most critical roles within the firm — serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for our Network Partner firms. The VP will be responsible for managing and deepening client relationships, driving profitability, and acting as a true business partner to firm leadership. Requirements: Relationship Management - Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of Dynasty Network Partner firms. - Ensure clients receive timely, high-quality responses to all inquiries. - Act as an outsourced Chief Operating Officer (OCOO), enabling firm principals to stay focused on growth. - Apply creative problem-solving to address a wide variety of client situations. Strategic Advisory: - Partner with firm principals to design and implement business plans aligned with their growth objectives. - Assist in evaluating and optimizing RIA internal team structures. - Provide ongoing, candid feedback on business model effectiveness with a specific focus on client development and retention.
