Job Summary The Strategic Sourcing Manager is a commercially focused leader responsible for transforming how Access manages more than $120M in external spend across categories including construction, temporary labor, freight and logistics, and software/SaaS. This role is centered on building and managing a proactive sourcing pipeline, developing a 12–24-month sourcing and renewals strategy, leading complex sourcing events and negotiations, and delivering measurable cost savings and business value. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, the Strategic Sourcing Manager will operate as the commercial owner of assigned spend categories and play a key role in advancing the procurement function from a reactive process to a proactive, strategy-driven capability from a reactive process to a proactive, strategy-driven capability.
