The Role As a Student Systems Technical Specialist and subject matter expert you will play a key role in the transition to a new student management system. This is a rare opportunity to apply deep system knowledge to shape a future‑proof student platform. In this role you will: This 2-year fixed-term position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land). - Provide high-level system expertise and advice on the current usage, data structures and configuration to help inform a revitalised system. - Use your experience with the current Student Information System (Peoplesoft Campus Solutions) to unpack, interpret, and inform future‑state design and vendor decisions. - Support the design and implementation of a new, modern SaaS-based ecosystem. - Ensure data integrity, security roles and integration capabilities are preserved while improving long‑term sustainability and scalability.
