Description Are you energized by helping people, coordinating complex details, and being a key player in delivering exceptional member experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced lending environment where accuracy, collaboration, and clear communication matter? If so, you may be the perfect fit for our Loan Processor II role supporting both our Consumer and Mortgage Lending Teams. This is a dynamic, growth-focused position where you’ll maintain proficiency in your primary area (Consumer or Real Estate lending) while actively expanding your skills in the other. You’ll play a critical role ensuring loan packages are accurate, closings run smoothly, and members feel supported at every step. What You’ll Do: Loan Coordination - Use positive, proactive communication to coordinate Consumer loan closings. - Ensure Mortgage Loan Officers provide complete, accurate documentation for Real Estate loans. - Conduct post–setup tasks for Real Estate loans, including ordering reports and collecting conditions. - Assist borrowers with appraisal dispute resolution. - Provide back-up support for Consumer Lending queues, dealer requests, and online loan applications.
