Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the station’s security team, including contracted guards. - Ensure physical security of all property and assets owned by the organization. - Monitor and report on physical security compliance, including adherence to TAPA America guidelines. - Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to management. - Respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. - Train and develop local security staff, ensuring alignment with established procedures. - Prepare reports and analysis for customer and leadership review. - Oversee contracted security personnel, ensuring proper reporting and performance. - Assist in developing and implementing security procedures and protocols for the site. - Collaborate with customer onsite SOC and Corporate Security to maintain compliance with global policies. - Work with Corporate IT & Corporate Security to ensure facility security hardware meets global standards. - Investigate and report all security incidents at the location. - Communicate with law enforcement on security matters as needed. - Perform other duties as assigned.
