Our ranges are developed and published as good faith estimates for the position.*** Starting Salary Range: $52,797-$55,021 + Office Benefit Package (Parking/Remote Expenses): $130/Month subject to change RADIAS Health is hiring a Mental Health Practitioner to join our Housing Navigation Program in providing services to individuals experiencing long term homelessness who have mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The Housing Navigation program helps clients find their own independent housing within Ramsey County and provides supportive services to help them maintain their housing. The Mental Health Practitioner leads the housing search and provides support and advocacy to overcome barriers affecting housing in the past. In this role, you will provide outreach, housing transition, and tenancy sustaining services to vulnerable adults.
