Title: Extra Help Field Education Systems Assistant Division Name: Academic Affairs Department: School of Social Work Job Summary: This position will provide targeted technical and operational support to the Director of Field Education during a time-sensitive software migration. This role is essential to ensure a smooth transition from Sonia to the Experiential Learning Cloud (ELC) while minimizing disruption for students, faculty/staff, and community partners. Duties include but are not limited to: - Ensure accuracy of current data prior to migration - Compile additional data to strengthen program tracking and reporting - Organize and standardize information for the new system - Input and verify data within the new system - Assist in updating required student and site documents - Develop efficient workflows for practicum placement tracking and site management - Provide informed input on field education software best practices - Collaborate with Lumivero staff to support a seamless transition - Troubleshoot data and process issues during migration and implementation Additional Information: Benefits include time away from work for eligible employees and the option to participate in...
