Fleet Administrator The Fleet Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the entire fleet team. The Fleet Administrator is committed to professionalism, timeliness, and quality in the completion of all deliverables. The following responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing, and other duties will be assigned based on the needs of our team and department’s growth. Responsibilities: - Direct supportive role to all fleet team members. - Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on a variety of programs. - Assist in maintaining a Vehicle Work Order tracking system. - Follow up timely on required information and forms via telephone, email, and direct contact. - Administrative, clerical and systems support of all fleet related activities within the fleet Some examples are listed below. - Assist with Driver Compliance Files and tracking - Dielectric, ANSI, DOT, Registration, and inspection tracking - Distribution of updated vehicle paperwork - Data entry of inventory for HUT and IFTA filing - Assisting with procurement and rental - Work order entry, reporting, and tracking - Recording...
