To support this, we are recruiting a Head of Change Framework & Methods to help shape how Royal London plans, governs and delivers change across the Group. You’ll lead our Change Framework & Methods team within Strategy, Planning & Governance (COO function). Working alongside the Head of Portfolio Management Office, this role will ensure that our frameworks, capabilities and practices enable effective, consistent and value focussed delivery across the value streams and shared service platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll set the direction for our change framework, standards and requirements for supporting tooling, improving transparency, decision-making and delivery outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.
