Overview Selux Corporation is hiring a Powder Coater/Line Operator (Hanger) in their Highland, NY manufactuaring location. This role plays a key part in our coating process by preparing and handling parts for powder coating, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the finishing line. Responsibilities: - Hang and rack parts in preparation for the coating process - Ensure proper spacing and alignment of materials for quality coverage - Cleans paint lines, guns, and preventative maintenance - Report problems with quality, process, equipment and materials to supervisor - Inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies - Remove finished parts from the line and prepare for next steps - Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements - Must have the ability to take direction and work well with others - Must work within the confines of Selux’s PPE and Safety Policy, which includes, Safety Glasses, gloves and dust...
