Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role. - 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). - 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary product roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Policy, Trust and Safety) to deliver high-stakes safety or privacy features. - 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree or other advanced degree in a technology or business related field. - 3 years of experience in a team leadership role involving preparing and delivering presentations to VP+ and C-suite leaders. - Experience navigating global regulatory compliance (e.g., COPPA, GDPR, UK AADC) within a consumer-facing product or organization. - Experience collaborating with external advisory committees or child development experts (e.g., child safety advocates or academic researchers). - Ability to build foundational product infrastructure (e.g., common identity or control systems) that supports multiple pr...
