About the role Training Officer - Leadership and Professional Development We are investing in leadership and professional development and are looking for passionate, innovative and engaging learning professionals to join our growing Leadership Team as Training Officers – Leadership and Professional Development. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality leadership and professional development learning that supports organisational performance, workforce capability and leadership excellence across policing. Working with the Leadership function and reporting to the Leadership Manager, you will contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of impactful learning interventions that support police officers and police staff at all stages of their leadership journey. The role will support the delivery of engaging and inclusive leadership development programmes, professional development programmes, professional development activity and innovative blended learning solution aligned to organisational priorities and College of Policing leadership standards.
