HR OPERATIONS MANAGER Team: HR - Location: Espoo, Finland Pacera unifies financial close, consolidation and FP&A. With AARO, Aico and Mercur, finance teams combine trusted data with AI-driven insights to enable robust, scalable and intelligent processes for the Office of the CFO. About the role: We’re looking for an HR Operations Manager to take ownership of the core people processes that keep the business running smoothly and compliantly. This role sits at the heart of HR, ensuring that systems, processes, and policies are not only well-designed, but consistently executed and continuously improved. You’ll act as a key operational partner to the HR team, supporting everything from payroll and performance management to reporting and M&A activity.
