Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting

Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead SHINE’s external financial reporting and technical accounting functions. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, while serving as the company’s subject-matter expert on complex accounting matters. As SHINE prepares for its transition to a public company, this role carries enterprise-wide accountability for the quality, integrity, and scalability of the financial reporting infrastructure. The Senior Director combines deep technical accounting expertise with strong leadership skills and communicates complex accounting concepts clearly to senior leadership, auditors, and cross-functional partners. The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $215,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
