Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Value Stream Leader (onsite) for our Electronics and Mortise Value Stream based in Indianapolis, IN. The Value Stream Leader is responsible for the overall operational planning, performance and improvement for the product value stream. The VSL will develop, drive and coach their team to achieve high performance in safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost. They will engage all members of the cross-functional team to address and resolve problems, prioritize and assign ownership for open items, track items to closure and ensure follow-up with key stakeholders, ensuring all related countermeasures are implemented. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $70,000 - $85,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
