This is a high-impact position where your hires will directly shape the trajectory of the business. We hire top talent nationwide - and you’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional candidates across sales, insurance, product, and engineering. This is a fully in-office role in Overland Park, KS , designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. What You’ll Do: Own full-cycle recruiting : source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functions. Build top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound sourcing, creative outreach, and optimized job postings.
