Department: 37599 Advocate Christ Medical Center - Pediatrics: O/P Acute Therapy Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday through Friday work week Pay Range: $47.50 - $71.25 Major Responsibilities: - Oversees the day to day operations in the department. Works as a team with other supervisors to achieve operational efficiencies and optimum patient satisfaction. - Conducts studies and provides input related to department performance improvement and productivity standards. - Facilitates implementation of care management strategies. - Manages patient caseload in assigned areas and organizes staff schedules and coverage needs to meet volume and productivity standards, including temporary agency coverage. Provides patient care activities according to standards and functions of their individual professional practice. - Develops and maintains site-based department policies and procedures.
