Job Title Critical Facilities Project Lead Job Description Summary: The Project Manager provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for the Client through interaction with the Client, property or facility management team, and project management staff. This role is specifically focused on Client building infrastructure – roofs, HVAC, building management systems, and various other mechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes throughout the portfolio. Monitors and coordinates the execution of the various services and processes relating to Client contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvement consulting services. Works closely with the Client and Facility Management Team and provides detailed progress reports to the Account Manager/Director or Portfolio Manager in addition to the building/facility management team.
