Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Creative Services Manager to oversee the end-to-end production of product and editorial photo shoots. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of Photo Studio operations—from pre-production planning to shoot-day logistics and final asset delivery—supporting e-commerce, digital marketing, and brand content initiatives. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing high-volume workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and keeping creative and operational priorities aligned. This role is expected to be on-site daily to manage studio team and production. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Coordination - Own and manage the studio production calendar, scheduling e-commerce, campaign shoots and special projects. - Book freelance talent as needed based on studio shooting calendar. - Serve as the primary liaison between merchandisers, product development, stylists, photographers, art directors, and post-production teams. - Coordinate turnover meetings for product intake and communicate shoot dates for product sample order to ensure readiness ahead of scheduled shoots. - Create shot lists fo...
