The Corporate Commercial Paralegal provides high-level legal and administrative support to the Corporate Head Office of West Edmonton Mall, with a primary focus on corporate, commercial, and transactional matters. This role supports internal Leasing Counsel and senior stakeholders across the organization and requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment. We are seeking an energetic, professional, and team-focused individual with strong judgment, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex files simultaneously. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist with the review, analysis, and drafting of commercial agreements, including but not limited to service agreements, purchase and sale agreements, loan and financing documents, NDAs, amendments, and other corporate and commercial contracts. - Prepare revisions, schedules, and ancillary documents in accordance with negotiated terms and instructions from Leasing Counsel and internal stakeholders. - Coordinate transactional and post-closing matters, including tracking deliverables and ensuring timely receipt and organization of finalized l...
