Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as Cybersecurity Analyst . In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country. Responsibilities: - Monitors networks and systems for security issues, suspicious activities, and compliance. - Assists in investigating security breaches/incidents and documenting findings. - Participates in system analysis, vulnerability identification, and basic compliance testing. - Supports log analysis to identify anomalous traffic or potential data leaks. - Prepares technical summaries and maintains detailed records. - Communicates compliance gaps and remediation steps to stakeholders. - Maintains awareness of vulnerabilities and threat intelligence. - Assists with audits, data calls, and compliance activities. - Contributes to incident response efforts and post-incident reviews. - Supports implementation and monitoring of security controls and toolsets.
