Job Description Summary As the Frame Agreement Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading the negotiation, maintenance, and seamless execution of Frame Agreements across Vernova business units. This includes current agreements between ESW and Gas Power, Steam, and Hydro, as well as expansion into additional business units. You will begin as an individual contributor, with a clear path to grow into a people leadership role. Over time, this position will evolve into leading a small, agile team focused on creating standardized scopes of work across various opportunity types—maximizing value for both our customers and internal stakeholders. Success will be measured both quantitatively (e.g., increased attach rates and order volume) and qualitatively (e.g., stakeholder satisfaction and operational efficiency).
