Job Purpose: The Regional Director for Central Canada, plays a key role in the execution of Canadian Wealth Management’s strategy by leading the delivery of Total Wealth Planning (TWP) across Central Canada. The Regional Director is a member of the TWP leadership team, helping to transform and elevate wealth management’s financial planning offering. The Regional Director is a strong people leader and manager, responsible for attracting and retaining top talent and coaching their team to meet the needs of clients and internal partners. As the leader of this team, the Regional Director will ensure that specialist coverage is robust and that stakeholders are being well-supported in growing and deepening client relationships. The incumbent will work closely with regional and local business line leaders and the rest of the TWP leadership team, to drive engagement and awareness of financial planning solutions, while advancing the delivery of innovative wealth solutions that support the growth of Canadian Wealth Management across the region.
